  This article pretty well sums up my thoughts on the future of the aviation industry. I have had this idea of a point-to-point "aerial taxi" service for awhile now, but it looks like these guys will beat me to the punch.

  Finally, e-ink is out of the labs and in to the market. Although this first device is a bit thicker than I had hoped, the technology behind it is amazing and could revolutionize the printing industry. I definitely want one of these!

  A bit hard to understand, but I think this guy is onto something with his light-nuclei generator.
• The future of automobiles (214)
  Zipcar provides the amsterdam equivalent of community bicycles to cars. It is a truly genius idea and I hope to see it really take off in the U.S.
• The Future of Batteries (233)
  I've had this idea for awhile, so I'm glad to see someone else is working on it. Basically, you harvest the energy emitted by radioactive particles to create electricity. Voila, batteries that last for decades!
• Video Games on the Big Screen (205)
  Although these people are just now implementing an idea that I had in high-school, I'm glad to see it finally coming to fruition.
